Posterita is a cloud-based business management platform operated by Posterita Ltd, a company registered in Mauritius.

- Reporting and Analytics

- Integrations with third-party services
- Other business management tools and services
Posterita may modify, improve, add, or discontinue features from time to time.
3. User Accounts

You agree to:

- Maintain the confidentiality of your account.
- Notify Posterita immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Posterita does not claim ownership of your User Data.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Except for the limited rights granted under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

Posterita aims to provide reliable access to the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to:

- Events beyond Posterita’s reasonable control

9. Fees and Subscriptions

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features.

- Payment obligations remain outstanding.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Posterita shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
